its tactical plans and fast paced enemy shooting and targeting, dodge in and out of trees and bushes to keep the upper hand and don't forget it really is everyman for himself out there but remember you are a team!. So its no surprise we are encouraging the girls to take on the boys and prove the men aren't so good at planning ahead and definitely a lot worse at endurance. This really is great fun and very fast paced if your up for the challenge why not.

Refreshments are provided before and after the activity to get the energy flowing before you take on the paintball challenge of competing against your team mates or others, and to allow you to rewind after a grilling, fast paced, tactical day.
