Making a booking in 2012
Availability:
WE WILL TAKE BOOKINGS ONE WEEK BEFORE EVENT DATE OR CLOSER PROVIDING THAT FULL PAYMENT IS MADE IMMEDIATELY AND AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE EVENT, WE CANNOT RESERVE A BOOKING UNTIL WE RECIEVE FULL PAYMENT AT LATE NOTICE
Please check availability with us on all booking within two weeks. As spaces may be limited, 60 days from January - August . We cannot guarantee any booking after two weeks but there is significantly more chance of there being availability.
Deposit
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your booking date and time, and begin preparing your weekend. Once we have received the deposit we will book the activities in advance, ensuring the activity can be delivered on the required date stopping other groups from taking your preferred times and dates.
The deposit is used to administer the booking of the activities and prepare for the weekend itself. The deposit is non-refundable therefore we advise groups to take out an appropriate insurance policy covering group cancellation at Go Travel Insurance which can be found following this link;http://www.gotravelinsurance.co.uk/
Full Payment
We require the remaining balance depending on booking date, from 1 week before the event to 30 - 60 days prior to the party weekend date; this can be paid in advance of this date and refunded if cancelled before 60 days prior to the event date. After this date 50%(including deposit) will be returned if cancelled 30 days prior to event date, no cancellation can be made after this date and no refunds will be given.
How to make a payment:
Payments should be to our bank through a balance transfer or by popping into your local branch. Payments through paypal can be made, with payments made to payment@stagandhenworld.com this will incur a 3.5% fee of total transfer. A list of names can be provided to us with email addresses and we will email each member of the group, providing them with the payment details, so they can pay individually, however we will not be held responsible for late payers. There is a £5 a day fee per £100 overdue per day on late payments still due after final payment date.
