Water Skiing, Wakeboarding and Knee boarding
It’s time to get your wet suit on, and gear yourself up for a high paced adrenalin filled day of water sports, beginner or expert this is a fab day out!! You will begin your day with a safety briefing, after which you will head over to the cable lake with your group, you will be provided with your wet suit, buoyancy aid and your helmet. Its then time to hit the water in style, don’t forget to take the opportunity to take some pictures of each other.
You will have a choice of three activities to try, knee-boarding, wakeboarding and of course water skiing. Choose your equipment sit on the declining ramp and strap up as you slide down to the beginning of the queue. You will be guided by the helpful experience staff to the best starting positions and when you will start.
Watch the cable system above the lake latch on to your cord and pull you out onto to the lake, hold on tight!! Don’t get left behind. You will be pulled through the lake as you hold on for all your worth, don’t forget to aim for the coloured buoys so you don’t get caught out at the corners. If will take you a few goes to get used to the speed and the corners but after that you should aim to get all the way around the cable system back to the beginning!
Two hours on the lake will go so fast this activity is so much fun, try three different activities on one lake and see if you can master all three in the two hours. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried anything like this before, the guys will give you encouragement and advice and you will pick up at least the knee boarding by the end of your session.
