Hula hooping in London

Remember hula hooping as a child and enjoying it well this takes it to a whole other level.

Using adult hoops (yes there’s a thing) which are heavier and larger you can easily pick up a great spin. You will learn how to control and spin the hoop on different parts of your body and taught step by step how to make it happen.

Learn moves jumping in and out the hoops while you have a chat and a giggle in this informal relaxed class. Try not to wear loose clothing for this one but come in comfort all over.
